Web analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc. with its headquarters at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. For this purpose cookies are used, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information generated in this way is transferred to a Google server in the USA to be stored there. You can prevent this by adjusting your browser settings so that no cookies are stored.

We have concluded a corresponding contract for order data processing with the provider.

This has been done in terms of the GDPR (legitimate interest) to improve our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.

Your IP address is recorded, but pseudonymized immediately (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localization is possible.

Data processing is based on the legal provisions as set forth Article 96 para. 3 Telecommunications Act – TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and / or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

In addition, Google is certified under the Privacy Shield agreement and thus offers a guarantee of compliance with European data protection law (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active).

User data is kept for a period of 14 months.

You can find detailed information on data use by Google, your options for settings and objection on the following Google web pages: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/partners (“Data use by Google when you use our partners’ websites or apps”), http://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads?hl=en-US (“Data Use for Advertising Purposes”), https://adssettings.google.de/anonymous?hl=en“Managing information Google uses to provide ads”).

Google Re / Marketing Services

This has been done in accordance with the terms of the GDPR (legitimate interest) to improve our offer and our web presence. Therefore, we use the marketing and remarketing services (in short “Google Marketing Services”) of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, (“Google”).

Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thereby offers a guarantee of compliance with European data protection law (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active).

Google’s marketing services allow us to target ads for and on our website to present users with only those ads that potentially reflect their interests. For this purpose, Google executes a code and uses so-called (re-)marketing tags to store an individual cookie in the user’s browser. For the use of cookies see above.

The information collected may also be combined by Google with such information from other sources. If users visit other websites afterwards, the ads shown can be tailored to their interests.

In addition, Google Analytics records the IP address of the users, but they are immediately pseudonymized (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). As a result, only a rough localization is possible, the ads are not managed and displayed for a specific person, but for the cookie owner, regardless of who this cookie owner is. Of course, this does not apply if a user has explicitly allowed Google to process the data without this pseudonymization. The information collected about users by Google marketing services is transmitted to Google and stored on Google servers in the USA. The IP address of the user is not merged with data of the same user within other offers of Google.

Among other things, we use cookies from the Google marketing service “Google AdWords”; we may display third-party advertisements based on the Google marketing service “AdSense” and its cookies. For more information on Google’s use of data for marketing purposes, please visit https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Google’s privacy policy is available at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

Furthermore, we use the “Google Tag Manager” to integrate the analysis and marketing services offered by Google into our website and to manage them in a centralized way.
